The Guelph Food Safety Seminar Series (GFSSS)
The Guelph Food Safety Seminar Series (GFSSS) is a forum for communicating various food safety issues and topics among government, academia and industry. Monthly seminars and an annual symposium are held from September to June. GFSSS is sponsored and coordinated through the collaboration of the following public and non-for-profit agencies (in alphabetical order):
